Front Row is not a conventional apartment community. It is Huntsville's first work-live-play development — 545 residences across two buildings, with hotel-grade amenities, a dedicated maker space, co-working suite with private rooms, dual pool decks, rooftop dining, a sports simulator, and ground-floor retail, all at the center of downtown's most active corridor. There is no direct comparison in the Huntsville market because nothing like it has been built here before.
Front Row is located at 1 & 2 Front Row Blvd NW (also known as 500 & 600 Clinton Avenue W) in downtown Huntsville, directly across Clinton Avenue from the Von Braun Center. Residents are one block from Big Spring Park and steps from some of downtown's most celebrated restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and entertainment venues.
The Plaza at Front Row, delivering January 2027, will fully activate the ground plane between the two buildings with additional retail and gathering space.
First move-ins at 2 Front Row are scheduled to begin July 1, 2026. 1 Front Row is anticipated to follow in January 2027. All timelines are subject to construction progress, and our leasing team can provide the most current information when you schedule a tour.

Front Row offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom residences ranging from 575 to 1,494 square feet.
Select one and two-bedroom residences include dens/home offices. All residences include quartz countertops, LVT flooring with enhanced sound dampening, French door refrigerators, smart door locks, smart thermostats, room-darkening shades, walk-in closets, and managed WiFi.
Residences are delivered in one of two interior palettes: Sophisticated Strength, a dark palette with walnut and marble tones, or Classic Warmth, a light palette with honey wood tones and clean contrast. Contact our leasing team for current availability.
Front Row's amenity suite spans both buildings and is designed around hotel-grade quality and everyday usefulness.

All residents of both buildings will have full access to all amenities in both buildings beginning January 2027.
The Front Row Experience app is the resident platform for everything at Front Row — building and apartment access, rent payment, amenity reservations, package notifications, maintenance requests, and community updates.
It is available for iOS and Android and is included as part of your residency.
Tulu is a smart vending service available in the lobbies of both buildings. Residents can borrow everyday items — from vacuums, irons and air beds to board games and Nintendo systems — on demand without leaving the building.
The service is included as a resident amenity.
Yes. Front Row welcomes pets and includes an on-site pet wash station in the lobby. Specific pet policies, including breed and size guidelines, are available from our leasing team.
Yes. Both buildings include a dedicated parking deck for residents. Additional surface parking is also available on site. Parking details and pricing are available from our leasing team.
Yes. Residential floors at both buildings are on levels 2 through 6, all of which are served by elevator.
Front Row places residents at the center of downtown Huntsville's dining and entertainment scene.
In addition to the nearly 50,000 square feet of retail on Front Row's ground floor, nearby favorites include Purveyor, Poppy and Parliament, The Standard Social, Domaine South, The Dirty Olive, and SIP.
Residents also have direct access to Von Braun Center programming — concerts, Havoc hockey games, theatre productions, and major events — from across the street.
